Important information about our office’s precautionary measures
Please do not schedule or call us to reschedule if you already have an appointment if any of the following apply:
If you develop symptoms of cold or flu before your appointment.
- Sore throat
- Runny nose
- Shortness of breath
- Traveled outside of the country in the last month
We hope you have been maintaining good health and staying safe during this unprecedented time. Since our governor put the stay in place order in effect, we have limited our services to telemedicine consultations and product phone orders only to help reduce the spread of COVID-19. On April 23rd the governor announced medical offices can reopen for elective and routine procedures starting May 1st. We plan to reopen with a modified service schedule starting Friday May 1st
As we reopen we will continue strong efforts to reduce the spread of COVID-19 to our patients, staff, and community. This includes limiting the number of people in each area of our clinic to maintain social distancing. Staff will wear personal protective equipment and patients will be required to wear a mask. Regular cleaning and sterilization of common areas will be strictly enforced. Patients and staff will be prescreened prior to each day to ensure they have had no symptoms or contact with a COVID-19 patient. Everyone’s safety and health are our top priority and we appreciate you working with us to create a safe and healthy environment.
Please call 503-241-3579 or email email@example.com to see if we are scheduling your appointment type as we start the reopening.
Lastly, we want to say a big shout out to all the front line health workers that have worked tireless hours to care for the sick while exposing themselves and potentially their families to COVID-19. Saying thank you only scratches the surface of gratitude that we feel for your commitment.
Please feel free to call or email us with any questions. We have missed you and look forward to servicing you soon.
In good health,
